Harrington Mishler, LLC

Harrington Mishler, LLC (HM) is a single asset holding company owned by Rick Harrington and Brian Mishler that was incorporated in 2002.  At that time, HM acquired the land on which they subsequently constructed two adjacent professional office-building structures referred to as The Harrington Center. 

The property consists of a 3.12± acre parcel that is improved with two adjacent, single-story office/flex use building that contain ~33,500± SF. The buildings were constructed of precast panel/drywall construction and have 12 separate leasable units.

Many years ago, HM refinanced the property into a several million dollar conduit loan. That loan was structured as a 10-year term and 30-year amortization which was scheduled to balloon in January 2016.  That’s when HM sought a traditional bank commercial mortgage lending partner that would refinance their ballooning balance at competitive market terms.
